Alliance Clinical Services

Alliance Clinical Services is committed to providing treatment services to adults and adolescents of all ages and backgrounds. We have several funding sources that we can access to provide treatment programming services.  Alliance is among the most affordable counseling offices in Utah County.

General Fees for services:

  • $100 for Initial Assessment Appointment (D&A or MH)
  • $150 for Dual Evaluation Appointment (D&A and MH)
  • $75 for Individual/Family Therapy sessions
  • $35 for Group Therapy Sessions (D&A and DV)
  • $25 for Specialty Groups (relapse prevention, dual diagnosis, transitional care, women’s empowerment)

Alliance requires full payment at the time of service.  For clients that have insurance coverage, full payment is still required at the time of service unless co-payment arrangements have been made in advance. We will provide you with the necessary information so that you can bill your insurance company and be reimbursed directly for the portion of the treatment that your insurance may cover.

Sliding Scale

Alliance offers a sliding scale fee structure for individuals and families who cannot afford to pay the full rate for services.  Eligibility is based on household income and size of the household.  Eligibility for the sliding scale is made after reviewing the necessary documentation. We work diligently to provide services to everyone in need so we will pursue funding from a number of sources to help out our clients.

Discounts are available from some referral sources, such as DCFS, AP&P, attorneys and the CJC.

In addtion to accepting insurance, Alliance contracts with several state agencies to provide mental health treatment at little or no cost to the client:

  • DCFS (Division of Child and Family Services)
  • DJJS (Division of Juvenile Justice Services)
  • DWS (Department of Workforce Services)
  • CVR (Crime Victims Reparations)
  • Voc Rehab (Vocational Rehabilitation)

Court-referred clients will receive prompt assessment and placement, and Alliance will provide the courts with timely reports on an ongoing basis. Clients who are non-compliant and/or re-offending will be reported immediately to the appropriate authority. Progress reports will be provided on a monthly basis unless requested otherwise. Staff members will be available for client reviews when requested.
